Making meetings work (without wasting precious time)

The First Golden Rule of working with others: communicate, communicate, communicate! I’ve posted below some notes about the purpose of meetings and how to write a meeting agenda.

You’ll also find a template for the progress report each of you must post and discuss with me every second week, and the template for the feedback I’ll give you after each meeting. You should keep your feedback reports somewhere safe after I have given them to you – they are part of your group’s final assessment. These docs are guides only – you may find a better way to keep records of your meetings and your work as you progress. But they show you the bare minimum expected as you progress.
